Terms of Services
Please review these Terms of Services carefully before using Vertex Core services, website and VPS infrastructure.
These Terms of Services establish the rules and conditions for using Vertex Core services. By creating an account, purchasing a service, or using our infrastructure, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
Important Legal Agreements
By accessing or using Vertex Core services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Services and any applicable policies referenced by Vertex Core. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not purchase or use our services.
The Service
Vertex Core provides Windows VPS and related hosting infrastructure. Services may include virtual server resources, network connectivity, remote access, management tools, backups and technical support. Available resources and features depend on the plan selected by the customer.
Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and current account information. This may include name, contact information, billing information and other details required to provision or maintain a service. Customers should update inaccurate or outdated information.
Advertisements
Vertex Core may display information about its own services, promotions, upgrades or related products on its website or through customer communications. Third-party advertising, where applicable, may be governed by the respective third party's terms and policies.
Limitations
Services must be used within the resources, technical limitations and acceptable-use requirements associated with the purchased plan. Customers may not use the service in a way that disrupts the network, infrastructure, other customers or the normal operation of Vertex Core systems.
Online Activity
Customers are responsible for activity performed through their VPS or account. The service must not be used for unlawful activities, unauthorized access, abuse, malicious activity, distribution of harmful software, or activity that violates applicable laws.
Policy Violations
A violation may result in investigation, limitation, suspension or termination of the affected service. Depending on the situation, Vertex Core may take action to protect its infrastructure, network, customers and third parties.
Suspension/Deactivation
Vertex Core may suspend or deactivate a service where necessary, including situations involving unpaid invoices, security concerns, resource abuse, prohibited activity, policy violations or other circumstances that require protective action.
Reactivation/Suspension
A suspended service may be reviewed for possible reactivation after the reason for suspension has been addressed. Reactivation may require payment of outstanding balances, correction of a violation, or additional information from the customer.
Customer Account Security
Customers are responsible for protecting their account credentials, passwords and access information. Customers should use strong passwords and should not share account credentials unnecessarily. Any suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly.
Payments
Services must be paid according to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase. Customers are responsible for maintaining valid payment information and ensuring invoices are paid on time.
Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of a service according to the available cancellation process. Cancellation does not automatically remove amounts that became due before the cancellation took effect.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Customers should contact Vertex Core first if they believe a payment or invoice is incorrect. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in service review, suspension or termination while the matter is investigated.
Refund Policy
Refund requests are handled according to the Vertex Core Refund Policy. Eligibility may depend on the service purchased, timing of the request, account status and applicable exclusions.
Dedicated/VPS Resource Policy
Customers are expected to use allocated VPS resources responsibly. Excessive or abnormal resource consumption that negatively affects the infrastructure or other customers may be reviewed. Vertex Core may contact the customer or take appropriate technical action when resource use creates an operational issue.
Limitations of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vertex Core will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use a service. Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important data.
Indemnity
Customers agree to be responsible for claims, losses, damages or expenses arising from their unlawful use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Termination
A service or account may be terminated when required by the customer or Vertex Core under these terms. Termination may occur for unpaid balances, serious policy violations, abuse, security concerns or other circumstances permitted under the applicable agreement.
Abusive Clientele
Harassment, threats, abusive communication, fraudulent activity or repeated attempts to misuse support or infrastructure are not permitted. Vertex Core may limit communication or take account action where necessary to protect staff, systems and customers.
Price Changes
Vertex Core may change service pricing, plans or available features from time to time. Where applicable, updated pricing will apply to future purchases or renewal periods.
Changes to the TOS
Vertex Core may update these Terms of Services when necessary. Updated terms may be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the services after applicable changes may be subject to the updated terms.
